Shandon Par
Just out of interest, have the Pars ever had games put off due to heavy rain? Not often. Only one I can remember was a cup game at the start of last season - downpour just before kick off. Mostly calloffs on police advice (eg snow on roads etc) and a few times a section of the pitch (that gets no sun) has frozen in front of main stand

cowdenbeath
Carlisle's pitch was a swimming pool yesterday morning abd they've got a game going on tonight. What are Rovers going to do when winter really kicks in? You can't compare Carlisle with Albion Rovers. Carlisle even although they are in English League 2 are a reasonably big club compared to Albion Rovers they will have far better resources and full time ground staff to deal with problems like that Rovers will. Albino Rover
If the pitch is waterlogged right now, three home games in 8 days will be a big challenge. We can leave this minor game to one side to make sure the big cash-spinners get played on a Saturday.

Vodka Vic
Being far to kind to albion rovers imo. Twice in a row they've been amateurish in their preparation for these games. Ha ha yes we're not Albion Rovers anymore but Albion Madrid
Bold Rover
So, contrasting fortunes for the two sides yesterday. Home win a certainty on Tuesday, then?
