On a similar vein, what's the longest losing streak by a title-winning side? Albion Rovers lost 4 in a row at a crucial point in the title-winning 2014-15 season - I am sure that must have happened before (or since), but it can't be very common.

I started the game very aggressively but wound up losing big on material, and was behind by a rook and a bishop when finally I found a deadly attack and forced the resignation.
