Rovers_Lad
None of which answers the question. It was nice of you to step in to help a damsel in distress but why is Warburton's achievement head and shoulders above that of any other manager winning his league? His achievement is no better than other league winners. They are all much of muchness as they all manage clubs with the biggest budgets in their respective leagues with the possible exception of east fife and did what was expected of them, win the title Celtic( expected winners ) biggest budget in the premiership The Rangers. biggest budget in the championship Dunfermline..biggest budget in the league 1 East Fife..? TheScarf
The triumphalism shown by everyone associated with Rangers is baffling. From the players right down to the fans. Hearts were fucking embarrassed to even be playing in the Championship and their celebrations were rightly very muted. I saw someone on Facebook yesterday on a stag weekend in Madrid with a French tri-colour with Warburton's image and 'Champions' on it. Absolutely zero sense of self-awareness from Rangers and their supporters.

Think he'll definitely want at least one crack in the SPL next season, irrespective of whether we also gain entry to European football next year, should we win the Scottish Cup. BobWilliamson
Warburton is by a country mile the Moty. The only surprise is Stubbs never made the shortlist. Two cup finals and a good chance of promotion. Other than those two you can forget it. Peter Houston ffs!!!
Highlandmagyar
Agree. Another season with Rangers will enhance his reputation even more than any lower league English team imo. Utter nonsense. If he were to take over at Villa and took them back to Premier League at first attempt out of such a tough league his reputation would soar. Not even taking Rangers to top two up here would do that. Top two is a given to.people down south.

Although Warburton has done a great job and definitely worth his place on the shortlist.
shull
Warburton is shite and will be sacked before Christmas. Would Alloa have won the League with Warbs as Manager while utilising a part time budget? Every team on the planet humps the Green Vermin FC 1888 in Semi Finals and usually before penalties. MOTY Ha ha. BOBW ha ha
