glensmad
Both signings were public knowledge on here on the transfer thread on Friday night. Murdie is building a decent squad over at Blantyre, I don't think they'll have any problems staying up from their current position.
Crazy Feet
Two cracking signings for that level. Been many changes at Blantyre since the new manager came in, have any of the old guard survived the cull and still getting regular game time? Meddaheroes1973
Stevie & Murdie taking a pounding from loads of Meadow fans. Seems to be that they are solely responsible for all the current problems at the club. Yes, results were nowhere near good enough and that left the committee with a decision to make. However with a quick look back to the beginning of the season, most Meadow fans were delighted with the squad & felt we would be challenging for the major honours, not eyeing up one of the lowest points totals ever as we hurtle towards relegation. The players at the club have massively underperformed all season & that is the reason why we are going down. Massive rebuilding job required right throughout the club, but it is important to take time to ensure the correct decisions are made for its long term stability. Now is not the time for 'quick fixes'.

cotter
Cotters wise words for today,, it doesn't matter how good a manager you are,, if the players don't perform for u, ,,,,u will struggle,it happened to one of my idols the great Brian Clough,at Leeds,,,,,That's were the manager, needs to make decisions,, get rid off the players, or move on,,,me personally would rather get rid of the players,,rather than go through a season, pandering, to players especially at junior level,, were they are so many overrated players,,,,who are demanding big money, n are lucky to be playing at this level,,cos most would have struggled to get in a junior team ,10/15 years ago,,,nowadays a think, players only interested, in themselves,,,,,,cheers cotter
