Cold Feet Posted April 2, 2016 Share Posted April 2, 2016 a hard slog but we got there in the end and Thomos goal will be worth seeing on the highlights. Hand bags at dawn near the end and players getting yellow cards everywhere resulting in two reds. the centre half did ok but the right back struggled a bit - he had poor distribution and was subbed before sent off. Not one of the best performances but a crucial one that meant we did no worse than our nearest. Next week is another big game - think they all are!! Had we faced 10 men for the last 15 minutes then we might have got that equaliser. Stuart Malcolm had his best game for us I thought and Gilhaney did everything he could but it wasn't to be. Stenny were barely in the game until the last 10 minutes, by which time we should have been out of sight. City understandably looked nervy towards the end but up until that point Stenny were absolute guff, just as I expected pre-match. Surprised so many of them were highly expectant of a result.
