kilsyth rangers 2016/17

Krfc 10

Won comfortably in the end against a young spirited Dunipace side,4-1.happy, could have been more mind.

We had our chances too. Great clearance off the line and save from Andy in the first half. At 2-1 Kilsyth were on the back foot for a good bit.

Kilsyth look good and will be difficult to beat this year.

A 4-0 win for Rossvale on saturday would result in a three way tie at the top of the section with a +7 GD each. On the basis of goals scored we would go through, how likely is that?

No it wouldnt be a 3 way tie as any goals Rossvale score would take a goal away from RobRoy's GD. Any win, other than 4-0, for Rossvale puts Kilsyth through on goal difference.

Very unlikely after watching them play twice. Not a patch on rabs or Kilsyth.

Think it unlikely  Rossvale will take anything from the Rabs but a decent start and hopefully  start the league campaigne on on a positive footing. Some quality added over the summer and big Paul looking looks to be thriving on the service . Early days and seen it all before but we can but hope .

Paul looks on fire. Service he gets from Nicky and Frannie is fantastic. Scott looks a decent player as well. Best I have seen Kilsyth in a long while.

Kilsyth 2-2 Shettleston. Corey Pearson put us ahead early on putting the finishing touch to a lovely flowing move. Shettleston went 2-1 up but only after Paul Mcbride had a goal disallowed for hand ball. Another fantastic solo goal from Nick Prentice got us back level. Gary Kelly was outstanding in midfield again and Michael McGee had a great game at the back ( could have been sent off late on but escaped with a yellow). A good hard fought point to start the league campaign.
