Yowes news
Further to this, we can confirm that Paul Hewitt has decided to give up football altogether. We respect his decision and wish him all the best.Shortage of players yesterday made it difficult however I'm sure things were learned and we will be back to a fuller squad for the start of the league campaign.Hopefully a few more additions to the squad in the near future. Tried hard today but looks like he needs a few games to get into the swing. Came off with a groin strain after about 70 minutes.
allanmac
What about the Lanark Gaffer's position ?? Poor start to season and squad lacks the quality needed to go up McCrum will be a loss and would take him at the Gow in a heartbeat

Hope he comes through this sticky start, he has two weeks to settle the squad down before their next game and I'm sure Lanark will move forward. bc57
No Ronan Kearney last Saturday after coming off the bench the previous week. Anything sinister about his absence? He'd have been a big threat in that match on that surface last weekend.
