Mr. Brightside
What's with the PES reference?

The two evening games tonight were pretty eventful. Watched Lazio beat Fiorentina 3-1. Fiorentina missed a penalty at 2-0 and had a goal disallowed at 2-1. Genoa lead 3-1 against Palermo at one point - who'd won one game all season, only for them to score 2 goals in the final 2 minutes and win 4-3! Palermo off the bottom now, too. Was looking like it might be a dull weekend with just 4 goals in the first 4 games, but 27 were scored in the other 6. Mental. Parma are away to Reggiana tomorrow night in the first Derby dell'Enza for almost 20 years. Parma have sold out an initial allocation of about 2750, but were given a further 500 which will likely sell out as well. Reggiana could go top with a win, whilst a win for Parma would still leave them 6 points adrift. Lose the game and I'd imagine they're out of the running for the title. Didn't post it on here at the time, but Apolloni was given the boot about a month ago after a 4-1 dicking at home to Padova. Nevio Scala is gone as president as well. Stefano Morrone is in charge now, who retired as a player just last year having been with the club since 2007. 1 loss, 2 draws and a win in his 4 games so far. Can only see a comfortable Reggiana win, but looking forward to it anyway.
Kris.
Reggiana 0-2 Parma. Right back in the mix for the title now. Forza Crociati.
Allan Jacobsen
Reggiana 0-2 Parma. Right back in the mix for the title now. Forza Crociati. Calaio didn't score. Rubbish.

jagfox
Stuck a fiver on Fiorentina at half time @ odds of 12/1. Stuck another fiver on @ 11/2 at 2-2. Last cash out was £75. I let it ride...

Bagged one last night against Modena though. 2 Derby wins in 5 days. Superb. Parma now the best side in the league over the last 5 games.
NotThePars
Late to this but that Fiorentina - Napoli game was brilliant. Insigne's opener...
Kris.
11 hours ago, Allan Jacobsen said: Always had faith that Calaio would come good. Clearly too good for the 4th best team in Emilia-Romagna. To be fair, his record is better than I thought it was. He's almost scored a third of Parma's league total on his own. He's probably still good enough for Serie B from what I've seen, Parma on the other hand...I'm not sure yet. Highlights from the Reggiana game are up:http://sportube.tv/play?titolo=Reggiana---Parma-0-2%2C-19^Giornata-Girone-B&id=21975&cat=106&sez=9 The scenes in the away end. Zommers save at 2:15. Almost 17500 at the game, too. Impressive given Reggiana tend to kick around the 6000 mark.
Kris.
Cagliari pump Genoa 4-1 in the early KO. Looking forward to the Fiorentina v Juve game tonight, hoping for a Fiorentina win of course. Still a week to go until Parma are back in action, but they are all set up to have a good second half of the season which will hopefully end with promotion to Serie B. Also managed to pick up this beauty over the Christmas period.
