Lazio had Keita sent off for two bookings, the second was for diving which was an awful decision. As you said, it was a honking decision, and one that of course cannot be overturned. Be interesting to see what side they field next week against Crotone. Interesting to see the Irriducibili saying goodbye to Totti in their own positive manner. A lot to do with his support in regards to the killing of Gabrielle Sandri. Edited May 22, 2017 by LondonHMFC
Kris.
Pescara 2-0 Palermo tonight. Game went pretty much as expected, Palermo pish all over the park whilst Pescara created plenty chances but were hopeless at taking some of them. Also, Carpi beat Cittadella 2-1 to go through to the play-off semi final against Frosinone. Benevento V Spezia is tomorrow night, with the winner playing Perugia.

If all the ties ended in a draw then all the away teams (bar one) would go through. The only match where this wouldn't happen is Lucchese v AlbinoLeffe as they both finished 9th in their groups. Not sure if that would go down to away goals or penalties. Also hope that Benevento win promotion to Serie A. The other three teams are just...meh. Kris.
Pordenone 3-1 Gianna Erminio (4-3) Juve Stabia 0-0 Reggiana (1-2)Livorno 0-0 Virtus Francavilla (0-0) Albino Leffe 0-0 Lucchese (0-1)Alessandria 3-1 Casertana (4-2)Lecce 0-0 Sambenedettese (1-1)Parma 2-0 Piacenza (2-0) Matera 1-1 Cosenza (2-3) Tonights results, with the teams in bold all going through and the aggregate scores in the brackets obviously. Nocciolini & Baraye got the two Parma goals in the second half, Piacenza finished with 10 men. After both legs ending in draws, the Livorno and Lecce ties were decided on which side in each tie had placed higher during the regular league season. Pretty tough to call from the sides left though. Hopefully Parma can avoid Alessandria in the QF's. Edited May 24, 2017 by Kris.
Allan Jacobsen
The only interesting one left - as in the only team to have never played in Serie B - is Pordenone. So, clearly, I'd like them to go up despite them beating the pride of Gorgonzola 4-3 on aggregate. The only team I'd rather not see go up would be Lecce...which means that they'll be promoted. I could see at least one of the losing teams involved in the playoffs go bust because they've pumped so much money into getting promoted. If it goes like most of Roma's home games against bottom half sides, they'll be a couple of goals to the good at half time, so he'll surely get a decent run out.

So, clearly, I'd like them to go up despite them beating the pride of Gorgonzola 4-3 on aggregate. Unlucky, as they'll need to get past Parma do so. Cracking draw this. Lucchese scraped through their tie, and are probably the weakest side left having finished 9th in their group. Parma won both meetings with Pordenone in the league, winning 4-2 away having been 2-0 down, and 3-2 at home having been 2-1 down with a minute left. They did only finish one place and four points behind Parma though. Cosenza finished 7th in their group so aren't much to fear. Lecce being paired with Alessandria is perfect as they were the sides I was dreading the most, so one of them has to go out this round. Livorno another of the stronger sides in the play-offs also could end up facing one of those two. Ideally Reggiana will make it through as they are pish, with Parma having won both games against them this season. Quietly confident Parma can do this.
Allan Jacobsen
The Lega Pro president is saying that he'll resign by September if there is still a lack of financial support coming from FIGC to Serie B and Lega Pro. Teams that are apparently in trouble are: Serie B Trapani, Vicenza and Latina (all relegated) Lega Pro Akragas (relegation playoffs), AlbinoLeffe (promotion playoffs - get doon), Catanzaro (relegation playoffs - get doon), Maceratese, Mantova, Melfi (relegation playoffs), Messina, Vibonese (relegation playoffs) Also, Lega Pro will once again be called Serie C as of next season. Gattuso is also apparently returning to AC Milan to coach their youth team.

If you go to Turin, feel free to tell Higuain that he's an arse. Benevento beat Perugia 1-0 in the first leg of the Serie B promotion playoffs yesterday. Return leg is on Tuesday. Carpi and Frosinone drew 0-0 on Friday, return leg is on Monday. Foggia are Lega Pro champions after beating Venezia 4-2 yesterday. Of course, if Venezia had had the greatest striker in Lega Pro, Emanuele Calaio, it would have been a different story. Spoiler 4-0 Foggia

Kris.
Cracking game between Cagliari and Milan, especially considering there was nothing to play for for either side. Cagliari winning 2-1 with the last kick of the game. Milan got two penalties and missed one, scored one. Paletta got sent off. Again. Cagliari missed a fair few chances, including hitting the bar (as did Milan) and having a goal chopped off which was debatable. Roma v Genoa and Samp v Napoli the 5pm games to decide who finishes 2nd/3rd. Then the final 5 games are at 7:45pm which will decide the final relegation place.
