Incidentally were you sitting bottom right?

Was sitting near the side of the stand you enter and exit at yeah, was with my dad.

For some reason we're less boisterous at away grounds.

HSF is right about the curly hair. That needs cut, pronto. You're looking like a less refined version of Muzz

As I said, its just starting to grow, it'll be left over the harsh winter months and then sheared when the Sun returns around July.

Pretty sure you were 2 rows in front of me in the first half. I had to move because Ghostie was doing my head in. Fair play to anyone who has a season ticket near him.

Rubbish from Saints today, as it invariably always is at Inverness. We've played well at County on numerous occasions but I can't recall a good performance in Inverness and have seen all of them dating back to our first. Even if Richie Foran was going to shuffle personnel, it was a safe bet that Inverness would play with their usual system, so I'm not sure how Tommy Wright expected the game to pan out with the midfield he selected. Maybe they let him down but four guys strung across the middle of the park was never going to yield much away against Inverness.

Quick positive would be Mannus who gave us a platform to pinch something and didn't deserve to be on a losing side but that it'd be it really. The negatives would pretty much extend across everyone else but I have to single out Paton again. I can't watch this guy for another two years so really hope Tommy Wright comes to his senses soon. He needs to manage Alston properly here as well, he hasn't started well and it's important to get him through it.

Frustrating how one bad result (last week) has a habit of setting us off on bad runs after a good spell. It happened last December and in the few seasons before that too. Maybe the break has come at a good time, even going into it off a defeat.

I remember Ghostie at a game up in Dingwall a couple of years ago, if you sit within a radius of four seats away or in the row right in front of him probably a good idea to have earplugs handy.

One feature of Fosters play that irritated the life out of me yesterday was his inability to clear the ball down into the channel. Every time he tried he seemed to hook/curl it into the middle of the park where they gained possession.

I also lost count of the amount of times we were caught in possession through sloppy passing between the midfield and defence. They were so much hungrier all around the park than we were.

I can't see past a Saintees win here. Scoring goals and ICT seem to be sorely missing the defensive colossus that is Danny Devine.

Nup, just you be patient, he will show you soon enough.

Oh aye, don't pick my lottery numbers next week either.

Deserved win for Inverness. Fair play to them, they went for it after our equaliser.

We were poor. None of our summer signings have as yet done anything to improve our starting 11, hopefully there's a lot more to come.

Swanson seems to be our only creative player just now.

Kane needs to be stronger, and do a lot more when he gets the ball. His effort cannot be faulted, but he needs to offer far more as it feels like he loses it every time he gets on it.

Passing the ball out from the back was poor, though the movement in front was limited; this is where we really miss Chris Millar who will drop in and look for it. Sitting behind the goal, at times it was obvious the disadvantage of playing two right footed centre backs.. When Joe brought the ball out at left CB and was chased by a striker, his passing into the channel/ wide on his left foot was all over the place.

Thought Tommy was pretty much spot on in his after match interview on BBC sport page.

Just in case Mr Brown is as yet unaware, we are desperately needing another attacking option, give him the money needed.. Surely we have made loads the past three seasons!

Must admit I didn't realise just how bad a record Saint Johnstone had up in Inverness. I guess our record in Perth must be clouding my judgement. Regardless, it was a much improved performance compared to recent weeks and the players looked much more like a team and were showing what they can be capable of. Players like Tansey, who has been below par for a number of months now, had a really good game and Horner, in for the benched Raven, did fine at Rb despite a couple of early wobbles. Fisher justified his selection ahead of Boden as he won a number of high balls although his finishing was still a bit poor but he was a handful for the Saint Johnstone centre backs throughout the game. man of the Match for me was Draper who yet again took the game by the scruff of the neck and really get the ball down and drive at the Saints defence more often than not drawing a foul. He may not have the guile of someone like Andrew Shinnie but he is an immensely powerful attacking force to drive you forward and he's been the only real highlight for ICT so far this season.

I thought both teams were quite well matched in the first half. We had more of the ball and probably had more chances overall but Saints also had a couple of good opportunities to grab a goal. After a good save by Mannus from a Draper header Fisher passed up a couple of glorious chances, including one from a sublime chipped pass from Vigurs, before King ended a lovely ICT move by flashing a shot wide of goal.

Saints has good chances too with Kane blasting over after good work by Swanson down the Inverness right flank and the same player chipped in a wonderful ball for Maclean but it just eluded him and drifted wide.

Opening goal was a brilliant free kick whipped in by Tansey putting the keeper under real pressure and, as alluded to elsewhere, was quite similar to the goal that Falkirk scored against us in the Scottish Cup Final, with Draper rising above Davidson to power the ball into the net. Really good goal. Not long after this Davidson met a cross with a glancing header that just sailed wide of the home goal but Saints did pull level when ICT struggled to clear their lines and Maclean won a header and laid it off to Foster who had been let go by King and the former County man rifled in a cracking equaliser. A good strike but disappointing to concede after a momentary loss of concentration.

Draper nearly put us back ahead when another header on goal was this time saved by Mannus who was having a storming game but we got a deserved winner after chaotic scenes in the penalty area. Warren, Meekings, Boden all tried to poke the ball home from close range before Meekings squeezed it in at the post to bag the three points. Mulraney should have made the game safe when he burst through one on one with Mannus but he skewed his shot well wide of the goal.

Certainly a deserved win. not quite perfect but a marked improvement from recent games. Good on Foran for dropping players who have under performed recently. Nothing against Raven but he hasn't been playing well recently and Horner did fine stepping in at RB. Doumbouya looked a handful when he came on. Not very quick but good at holding the ball up and linking with team mates. Good be an asset but he isn't very different from Fisher or Boden. A nippy striker might be useful to have however I suspect we'll be strengthening the defence over getting another forward in. Foran has said we should have two new faces before the wind shuts. Will be interesting to see what is lined up.
