Not impressed...overall standard poor in caley and no doubts the other leagues as well. Juniors no better according to the mates. Mind you top level in scotland just as bad at moment. See how difficult it is when every decision you make is criticised by 50% of the people involved in your game and have no support. Yeah refs make mistakes but they are doing it as a hobby, without them we wouldn't be able to play. Give them a break. Players just want someone to blame during a game and the ref is an easy target. Sack all the current refs who aren't good enough, and replace them with all the better refs who want to referee but can't due to supply outstripping demand. That will be sure to work, won't it? Hertha/BJFC1938 Posted August 23, 2016 Share Posted August 23, 2016 Guaranteed that every single player will make treble more the mistakes individually In a game than a referee will , far too easy just to blame refs all the time rather than looking at your own individual performance .
