Sorry guys, really don't know why some of the PayPal renewals are failing. I can see payments hitting PayPal but these aren't hitting the forum in some cases so the accounts just expire back to Gold.

I've manually added a paid invoice to the accounts that have paid monthly over the past couple of weeks so you are now in Platinum, at least for another month.

Might be an idea to cancel any recurring payment agreements you have for us in PayPal, let your platinum membership expire then try buying it from scratch as a new membership, either monthly or annually?

I'll dig through some logs and see if I can get to the bottom of it.

Don't seem to have any issues at all with the recurring payments on the Credit Card side, it's all PayPal issues.
