airdrieman
Oh, I meant to ask as well what was with the music that was on throughout the whole game on Saturday? Was that coming from the stadium speakers?

That was our unusual (in the sense of not being our regular announcer as well as the more obvious meaning) no being able to work the PA properly.

TBF I'd have preferred the music over him butchering how to properly pronounce Foremartine

Skilful midfielder in a half decent mid 70s team. Got a move to full time football at Blackpool but didn't progress from there - injury problems iirc.

++Ammo - Airdrie++
Question for ye Rovers Fans.I was reading some article online the other day from end of August and saw a name I recognised. Is there a young guy in your squad called Reece Geddes, born in 2000? The only reason I'm asking is I think this might be a young lad that used to be in boys club football I used to coach.Cheers.

left half
Kevin Harper appointed as manager tonight! Any thoughts? Didn't see that one coming.
Fat Sally
Last I heard of Kevin Harper was 2016 when he was claiming that he couldn't get a management job due to institutional racism in the Scottish game despite having only just achieved his coaching badges at the time. Major gamble for the Rovers board to hand the future of the club to a man with an assault conviction who has never managed or coached at any level and been out of the game for so long. Not even a generic quote from the board as to why he was the chosen candidate.

BB_Bino
Very interesting appointment by Albion Rovers. I used to watch Harper play for Portsmouth, many years back, and he was a cracking wee player, if he can get that into coaching then Albion Rovers have landed on their feet.Wish him the best of luck, you showed against us that you have a bunch of players that can battle their way out of this, and I would personally like to see you do it.
Muzza81
Wonder if he will claim racism when he is eventually sacked from the Wee Rovers?
HoBNob
Beat his wife while at Dunfermline, has since claimed racism is the reason he hasn't got a managers job. He seems like an utter arsehole tbh.
