Sean ICTFC
As the whole of the Scottish football sphere is teeming with anticipation at the prospect of seeing a repeat of the famous Irn Bru Cup final this Saturday. Inverness begin to dream of dreaming of a play off spot playing our last "easy game" of the season.
RiG
Sadly won't be making this one. Hopefully we freshen things up a bit after Tuesday. Wouldn't mind seeing the likes of Bell, Doran and Mulraney come into the side and give us a bit of pace and ability in the wider areas. All to often on Tuesday we battered the ball long for Oakley to chase or win in the air and more often than not he failed.
TheScarf
I have a bad feeling about this. 2-0 Dumbarton.
Stephen Malkmus
If we win this one does that not mean that Dumbarton effectively have nothing to play for on Tuesday? If that's the case, I'm glad we're playing them at home first.

Actually, what we need to do for the rest of the regular season is learn to play football trying to score, as we seem to have been trying to do in the last 2 games, rather than not conceding. Playing for grinding 0-0 draws ain't gonna get us through the playoffs. The theory of which should make us more dangerous in both games, though whether that actually happens in practice will be another matter.

I believe that would triple the number of goals we've ever scored at your place. I'm not holding my breath.

I see Trafford is suspended for tomorrow, so that’ll give Bell, Doran, Mulraney or maybe Mackay a chance for a start.
George Parr
Looks like the perpetual injuries that have hampered us for the entire season are going to continue niggling away right to the death. It's anyone's guess who'll play right-back tomorrow, with our 4 main options sidelined. Ridiculous.

It's anyone's guess who'll play right-back tomorrow, with our 4 main options sidelined. Ridiculous. Yes, we are literally limping out of what has been a very challenging season. It was great to see several of the team of '72 in attendance last week, and it makes very interesting reading to see how FEW players we fielded that season. And that was a time when the pitches were much inferior, especially our own, and hammer-throwers roamed the land.
RossP
It also appears Tremarco and Donaldson are suspended tomorrow, which will cheer the Sons’ fans that still have the Irn Bru final fresh in the mind.

We had 19 players that season who played at least 5 games over the 44 the team played in total. In comparison, we've had 24 players who have featured at least five times in the 45 games we've had so far. Boghead ranter
No posts on actual game day? I take it fans of both sides would rather this game wasn't happening?
RossP
£5 eachway bets on Warren (22/1) and Chalmers (28/1) for first goalscorer. Chalmers is definitely overpriced if he’s played in midfield today. Glorious sunny day in the ‘sneck just now. Looking forward to a 0-0 borefest...

RiG
Ridgers Seedorf Mckay Warren (C) Calder Doran Polworth Vigurs Chalmers Austin Oakley Seems to be our line up. Not sure about the actual formation. Maybe Vigurs playing a bit deeper and Polworth more advanced?
sonsanorak
Grant Gal having to start at right back is a concern, I thought we'd see Dougie Hill coming into defence instead. Looks like Stevies standard selection of hard working players, hopefully come an hour of play we'll be even when we open up and bring on Birt or Froxy and have a go.
