Even if the second one was only by a few weeks. Scotland are 1-1-0 and 3-2 up on aggregate since 1983. It's nothing to do with them beating us. It was the 0-0 in 1986 when they kicked, stamped and spat their way through the game. One of them stuck a finger up Graeme Sharp's arse to put him off at a corner!
