RussellAnderson
Puma love picking one template and ripping the arse out of it for dozens of clubs. I mind a number of seasons ago half the teams in the old first division were with them and every kit was the same design.13/14 season Puma gave everyone this collar. You wonder if clubs ask how many other teams have this same template, as it does take the shine off a decent kit sometimes.

DutchBorderer
Oxford United launch the exact same shirt as half a dozen other clubs across Britain, but still expect fans to shell out 45 quid for it. Admiral's main (UK) office was down and out following financially underwhelming stints with Leeds United and a few others in the early 00's following a desperate attempt to stay relevant in the domestic market, but the American branch continued to do rather well for itself thanks to the big brands refusing to touch grassroots football/soccer in the US. Nowadays, the US just licenses out its brand to an independent company in the UK who, as Silverton End pointed out, supplied AFC Wimbledon for four seasons up until 2018/2019. Bury were the only senior team to wear Admiral in Europe last season. Either way, to segue back to your original statement; the 'original' Admiral isn't going anymore, it's just the American branch and licensees. Tally ho, on to Walsall, who are in their third year with Erreà. The flag of the Black Country features inside the neck;

Of course they will as it'll be the only one with Oxford United branding on it therefore making it unique. To be honest, I don't get all the flack that flies around for using template strips, especially if they're good. Does it really matter if someone else has a similar strip? We've had some right messes trying to produce a bespoke top. A Saints fan isn't not going to buy a blue strip because Everton or Montrose have the same one. If your clubs badge is on it then surely that's what matters.
stumigoo
I’m sure an image like this will have been posted before but with regards to templates....Some pretty iconic strips in there but most are the same template. I don’t have a massive issue with the use of templates. Sponsors ruining strips with colour clashes is something that annoys me more.
