Players should not be banned for PASSION. Nothing wrong with passion in itself, I agree. What those three did wasn't passion though, it was politically pre-meditated stupidity. Given the fixture and the circumstances, and bearing in mind what happened with the drone that caused the abandonment of the Serbia v Albania qualifier a couple of years ago, these players' reactions could quite easily have incited a riot.
