How come all you nutjobs have the same barely-penetrable writing style as those Korean spambots that occasionally visit P&B?

Wolf-whistling is pretty low behaviour too.

He (and many others like him) just copy word for word things said by Paul Joseph Watson. As dorlomin points out, he goes on about snowflakes being triggered whilst simultaneously being triggered by snowflakes. It's wonderful really once you get past the initial cringe.

I find snowflakes like yourself being triggered absolutely hilarious (and frankly sad), darling

My concern is the increasingly widespread pandering to such snowflakes, and their fee-fees and tantrums, and the restrictions in liberty and freedom this inevitably brings.

'Progressive' totalitarians at Facebook take the next step in their censorship/silencing baton-charge, now implementing AI to identify Wrongthink in videos and text images.

Facebook announced Thursday that it would use a machine-learning model to identify potentially inaccurate photo and video content and then send those items to human fact-checkers for review.

'Progressive' fact-checking

I know it's not cool to defend the MSM, but 30 years ago the likes of Watson, Alex Jones et al couldn't have existed because they'd have had to go thru some sort of filter, some sort of QC, whether that be a reporter or an editor or a producer or whoever, who would then realize that no, this is horseshit, and would nix whatever at that point. The worrying trend - and certainly the worrying thing about people relying on social media for news - is that there is no filter, social media moves faster than journalism can, and we are invited to give horseshit the same credence as we would truthful reporting. It's a big part in why the far right is being normalized. A 2 minute look at Tommy Robinson's criminal history would confirm that he's an arsepiece of high order and should be taken about as seriously as a bowl of custard, however with that knowledge hidden or obfuscated he can maintain a veneer of whatever the f**k he's trying to maintain a veneer of. Yes, that information is all available online, and we have the knowledge of the ages in a phone in our pocket, but when we're all 13 and not looking in the French dictionary after we've learned the word for 'cock' and 'tits' it's not helpful.

Anti-narrative information/ideas have always been filtered, pro-narrative information/ideas promoted.

The lines are extended now - it's established information/idea distributors versus new media information/idea distributors. Or what can be controlled and what cannot be controlled.

We now have the choice to understand the world by being spoonfed a very narrow range of MSM propaganda, or by expanding beyond this via a large number of alternative sources where you can if you wish dig beyond headlines of the day and make up your own mind. For now.

The issue being that the alternative sources are by and large horseshit, the new idea disseminators are rehashers of the same old horseshit, and trusting thick c***s on FB to make up their own minds is pretty much guaranteed disaster.

Books, lectures, documentaries, debates, discussions, critiques, and idea and information sharing is not horseshit, and is a million miles from that narrow band of spoonfed propaganda.

Yes, you have to choose your sources, do your own thinking and digging. 'Thick c***s' on all sides will believe almost anything, MSM, Facebook or otherwise. The question is whether you and everyone should have that choice or not.

Examples. Go. Show me what's shared that isn't horseshit.

Tommy Robinson, Horseshit.

Prisonplanet. Horseshit.

Infowars. Horseshit.

Guardian. Horseshit.

WaPo. Horseshit.

BBC. Horseshit.

Fortunately, there's an enormity of content and knowledge beyond your tiny, hysterical sample. (see, books, lectures, etc....)

What is there beyond the three I listed for folk chained to 'Progressive' MSM? Independent? HuffPo? Salon, and a few others. All regurgitating from the same narrow band of propaganda.

:unsure2:

Books: libraries, Gutenberg online, Amazon, ...

Lectures: tonnes of free courses and lectures online, check university YouTube channels or search on 'lecture', sign up for some lectures

Documentaries: lots of free stuff online, Netflix has lots, freedocumentaries.org

Debates: search YouTube for 'debates', read up on classic by-post/by-Letters debates of the past, read up on the classic contentions in philosophy, podcasts

Discussions: here, other forums, in-person with people who don't think as you do, podcasts, interviews

Critique, ideas, information: all of the above

Good luck!

banana's an anti-vaxxer aint he?

Lists two newspapers of record and a publicly funded, and world renowned, broadcaster as horseshit. Says the alternative is to search "debate" into youtube.

What a melt.

FWIW if ye use racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or any kind of religion based abusive language on another person, or persons, yer a walloper. Anyone who disagrees with that statement is a walloper. If folk who use these terms are gonna be forced to do community service: all the better

These are three sources that carpetmonster cited.

As I said those sources are horseshit.
