They need time and a load of money to get their party infrastructure together though. Would be interesting if they challenge Tories and Labour in Scotland as I can't see them taking any votes off the SNP. They are a bunch of opportunists c***s. People elected as Labour MPs happy to sit beside Tories who supported draconian austerity legislation. They all deserve to be out on there arses and hopefully will be soon.

They will be if there's an election soon. They're thoroughly unlikeable apart from Heidi who's a wid, no idea about her politics, so they need time to get some human beings in.

An early election would probably finish them off though. There is zero chance Umunna, Soubry or Berger stand in their current seats. They will all target marginals. I hope this will backfire though. The Tingers are basically Tories and will surely appeal to Tory voters. There will be a good chunk of the Tory electoral bloc who are soft right and mainly vote Tory because they see it as aspirational who the likes of Allen and Berger will appeal to. On the flipside all their campaigning and media will be targeted against Labour and we will no doubt see a tearful Berger call Corbyn an Anti Semite during a leaders debate at some point.
Donathan
I wish Chukka had got the Labour leadership in 2015. Well ideally Chukka's Labour win the 2020 election. The point is May and the right wing nutjobs are nowhere near power and centrist Labour are electable. Have you factored in the possible wipe-out of Labour in Scotland as Labour insiders talk about in today's Times article?

At least they have realised the error of their ways while jeremy abstain corbyn supports the tories more than the tiggers could ever have.

I don’t think the policies of Umunna’s lot (If they ever devise any) will serve the public better than those of a Labour government under Corbyn. Mind you it’s a moot point as they will probably (and hopefully) disappear at the next GE.
