rhliston
Well that was not the result that most people expected. Expected a lot more from Hibs in this game and one wonders if the ref hadn't given the penalty before the break whether they would have scored. Sure they had a couple of chances near the end baring a couple of good stops from Blair Currie they might have snatched a win but from the Albion a great team performance caped by a fantastic strike from David Wilson to get us level. Would like to see the highlights from this game regarding the Hibs penalty and the one denied to us early in the second half before deciding the ref had a stinker, not to mention the West Stand linesman who did not seem to be able to keep up with play at times. Still hope this bodes well for the League starting 3rd August which is our priority.
Poet of the Macabre
Delighted to see the ends behind the goals were opened yesterday. Forthbank looks absolutely cracking when there's a big crowd.

lichtie23
That Elgin result is great for us, as long as we take care of our own business tomorrow evening

Poet of the Macabre
As a Stirling regular, I'd recommend Molly Malones or walk up the hill a bit and head to Spoons for cheapness.

lichtie23
Great to get the win and score all those goals but if Stirling had taken their chance instead of crashing it off the bar from a yard it could have all been so different.

Looked like the ball had crossed the line imo but will have to wait to see the highlights to confirm this. The scoreline does not do us justice had chances but could not take them, but Arbroath took their chances.
farflung lichtie
The scoreline did not reflect the game. Albion were well in it until we took control for the last quarter. We had some nicely constructed goals, well taken after neat passing.... but they missed enough chances when it was close. Still.. eventually most enjoyable for the travelling Lichties
lichtie23
Greig Spence very lucky to avoid a straight red for a blatant elbow not long after his half time introduction. Thankfully the ref was lenient
