What a surprise to see a re-emergence of the "if it's not a problem for me it can't be a problem for anyone else" attitude amongst people like you. The irony of you complaining about those with an "I'm alright Jack" attitude has not been lost on anyone. I'll try to get over the disappointment of your disapproval. There's entry requirements/restrictions/rules in place for many things and there have been so for years. Age restricted purchases and entry. Driving licences. Planning permissions. Trading licences. Hygiene certificates. Travel restrictions requiring vaccinations. "At whim" refusals of entry. To lose ones mind over not being allowed in somewhere because you don't satisfy a clearly stated entry requirement is just childish. They're like the 6 year old Irish lassie on Youtube doing her nut because her mum won't let her go to the pub.

Lyle Lanley
Edinburgh Hogmanay going ahead this year with full capacity which likely means no lockdown return or restrictions returning. Michael W
All those kids with no symptoms not being tested because it's half term and the cases plummet. Call me shocked!
Inanimate Carbon Rod
Why are they not just vaccinating in schools btw? Surely thats a much better option than drop in clinics at weekends and after schools?

It already started yesterday. But of course, the vile lapdogs on here like Wee Bully and Willie's Tache will continue to batter on like there's not a problem with anything going on up here. No sir! Never forget the utter dangers wanting society changed and civil liberties curtailed for their own warped agendas - and the political losers seeking to make capital from it. No real surprise to see cases plummet again after Labour opened their mouth about needing masks and vaccine passports. Hilarious. This whole farce is over.

I believe i am comprehending it just fine. We’re only talking a tiny fraction of the Falkirk home crowds, and spread over the entire country.

You want to firmly believe the sector is fine and vaccine passports aren't damaging it. Nothing anyone can say will alter you from that belief but you come across as either incredibly stupid or incredibly naïve. No, I’m just reading the words that are there. You are the one “seeing what you want to see”. Point me to where in the article it says that the venues were closing early because of the vaccine passports. It’s a short article, but feel free to cut and paste the relevant bit in here. -

No, what you posted earlier was effectively an admission that punctuation had passed you by, and you had misread the quote. It is a single sentence, and it gives the reason. If it’s helpful, the word “because” introduces you to the reason.
DeeTillEhDeh
Remember the Scottish Government have produced models which show up to 44,000 cases a day in Scotland alone in just a few weeks [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]Genuinely - when was this?I remember the 100k-200k figures for the whole of the UK but not that figure.
Todd_is_God
I'm sure the peak appearing to occur at the exact time the shouting last week from the authoritarian weirdos for the immediate implementation of masks and vaccine passports was loudest is entirely coincidental, and not at all a desperate attempt to use the last opportunity to remain relevant. These moonhowlers know fine well that masks and vaccine passports would have minimal impact on the trajectory of cases and, now that they are once again dropping without the introduction of any new restrictions, their day in the sun is well and truly over.
