We've not yet come up against Hamilton, Livi or St Mirren where we should be expecting to pick up points. Ross County have lost 5-0 at home to Celtic today. The gap is massive. I think MM is going to have to rethink his tactics in certain games, and wonder at aspects such as Neilson playing on the right at the back of three, or Butcher staying on at half time when Powers was substituted. The set up today was all wrong. Edward was poor, but unlike the commentators I thought the Morelos injury was a complete accident. Our two best performing outfield players, Powers and Clark, were the first ones off; it makes no sense. We have three more winnable league games ahead of us, Mellon will have to show in these games that he and this squad are up to the task. ETA good game for Benji. If he goes to Ibrox and sets his side up to play Rangers at their own game then more often than not he’ll be made to look a bit silly. That said, they’re a newly promoted side who’ve picked up points in 3 or their first 7 games which include games against Rangers and Celtic.
