I don't know if he did tbh but my non-legal brain wonders why every one of them was needed. Surely they could've been read by both sides when compiling the case, a couple o read out in court and jury told there were another x of them in the same vein. It's just an extension of the judge saying there was no need to read out the 'kiss kiss' every time as they got the point.

I was curious about how they were going to prove controlling behaviour to a jury, sounds a bit vague and common in many relationships to some degree.
