I'd bought the wee man a junior top from JD the other week, ordered an adult size M from dhgate as well for him to try and it came today - a noticeably different shade of blue and the yellow is a bit duller when compared side by side, but a reasonable effort for £9 that will be fine for kicking about in this summer.
Not part of the report but there's a clip that contrasts that brilliantly- where most of the squad wheel away to celebrate when they won the shootout, you can see Harry McGuire immediately move across and shake hands with the Coventry players. As maligned as he is at United, I thought that showed a real degree of class and self awareness of just now much they'd got away with it.
I clicked into the official Lowland League website this morning and couldn't figure out why EK hadn't proclaimed themselves champions as the website standings have them ten points ahead with nine to play for.
Turns out the Lowland League site must have put the postponed match through as a goalless draw and given EK and CSS a point each
Yep there's actually a wee bit of pressure on this one now to get back to winning ways. We have been playing against some big-name opposition so perhaps not a surprise that we've not had massively positive results, but with only Gibraltar & Finland in June before the Germany game we could do with a convincing win & performance tonight to get some positivity for the next couple of months.
Yep.. I reckon one of the redtops will have paid one of those alleged snoopy nurse types to rifle through filing cabinets and find some juicy tidbits on what's been wrong with her. Announcement is to preempt that revelation.
The inconsistency is a real worry for the playoffs. Need to do it across four games and I don't have confidence that they can sustain that.
The club are all in for promotion this year, and failing to achieve that will really hit hard.
There's a trailer out for a new movie she's starring in where she's prancing about in bikinis and shooting lesbian love scenes.. all under the direction of her son Damian.
That boy's not right.
Can I have 12 tickets to see it though please.
Yep defence does seem to be a worry, particularly at home- quick browse through the Lowland League fixtures says they've played 17 games at K-Park and only kept 4 clean sheets.
They do seem to have a "we'll just outscore the opposition" approach to matches but as you say they could come unstuck against someone a bit more organised in the playoffs. Hope not.
