Bread has always been my vice.. two slices of bread in the toaster for breakfast each morning, and then two (sometimes 4) for sandwiches to take to work for lunch just for the convenience.
I can cut out the breakfast bread with porridge/Weetabix, though that gets a bit monotonous after a while (lactose intolerant so don't tend to have cereal with milk, as I'm not a huge fan of other types of milk except unsweetened almond milk in tea) but I'm struggling for lunch ideas aside from bread/roll/baguette each day.
Any suggestions for lunch other than a tin of soup? Don't really want to be buying pre-packed salads or pastas..
