Hamilton v Hibs

Recommended Posts

A few out today, Gogic, Mackie and Murphy.

Potentially Magennis back for a subs cameo?

Tricky match against a team who have improved over the last month or so, but think our strength off the bench will see us thru to the 3 points.

Gogic and his successor both out? Sad.

There are a few options to replace Odoffin: straight swap with Trafford (two really different players), move Stirling into midfield and Hamilton to CB (Rice probably won't want to unsettle the defence that has been average), or drop Callachan back and bring in Thomas (good that we'll have an attacking threat but Callachan further forward has probably played a part in us pressing more).

Starting XI: Marciano, P. McGinn, Porteous, Hanlon ©, Stevenson, Wright, Hallberg, Newell, Boyle, Doidge, Nisbet.

♻ Substitutes: Barnes, Gray, McGregor, Doig, S. McGinn, Magennis, Mallan, Bradley, Gullan.

Same as last week except Doidge in for Murphy, so slightly different formation.

Trafford it is. He'll bring more quality on the ball but he always looks completely lost out of possession.

Playing this way is a bit pointless when you concede stupid goals. Our CBs seem the most likely to create something.

Agree, Rice has to change it at ht or it will be a stroll in the second half.
