It's been said that other colts can buy into the HL/LL to fill the vacancies created by automatic promotions with no relegation. Just imagine it. The OF Colts leave, only to be replaced by Hearts and Hibs the following season.
RiG
Trying to use three appearances in a B team as justification for shoving Colts into the lower leagues. Wow. Rangers and Celtic don't give a stuff about helping players develop for the national team. They just want to hoard as many youngsters as possible and hope they don't have another Andy Robertson slip by them when he could have netted them some cash. if you're good enough you're old enough as your Sancho example shows. Maybe Rangers and Celtic could, you know, play these youngsters. Getting them game time in the Premiership is going to be much more beneficial that playing against a load of part time players in League 2.

Forest_Fifer
Good news. Josh could have a big future ahead of him. Probably will go out in loan again though. It literally says in the tweet that hes going out on loan to Morecambe. No idea why, surely he'd be better getting gametime in the Lowland League...

Can you genuinely gtf? Your club and the other arsecheek have managed to con and buy enough team boards and committee in the league to play glorified friendlies. No one in the LL gives a shit about random Rangers players going on loan to fucking Morecombe

He was given two run outs (one lasting 45 minutes and the other 54) before going straight into the Dortmund first team. There's been some utterly brain dead pro-B team arguments here and this one is right up there. Article about Sancho on the BBC website today where he said explicitly that he went to Dortmund because they said he'd get first team game time straight away, rather than stay at Man City, who wanted to introduce him more gradually into the first team.
