They scudded the Gers 6-1 at home and 6-3 at Ibrox and that 8 goal aggregate win is the worst defeat suffered by ANY Scottish club in any European competition. Thanks. Well before my time but I had it in the back of my mind that they maybe had been European Cup semi finalists at some point before. Tis why I asked.
