Hebridean
Oh! Was unaware of that one k38jfb, infact I can't even check it because that would be classed as unofficial given the date. But given the wording of my question I suppose I have to give it! The other official substitution was made by the Scottish League against the Football league just a couple of years after the first (Thistle) substitution. Ironic, given that they had given Thistle pelters for it. Just shows that double standards were alive and well in Scottish football long before the SPL! k38jfb
OK, here's my question: Who in 1998 became the first player to appear in losing FA Cup finals for three different clubs?
Telefunken U47
John Barnes, Watford (1983/4), Liverpool (1987/88) and Newcastle (1997/8).

Telefunken U47
Ok, which SFL club once played home league games at six different venues in one season, and can you name the grounds involved?

Hebridean
Can't see how it could be Clyde? King's Park were mentioned in an earlier question and their ground was the only one to be bombed during the war. I'll go for them even though it would have to be a war time season as I'm pretty sure they never played League football again after that.
Telefunken U47
It isn't Hearts, Clyde or King's Park. This isn't an obscure one, with an answer like Renton in 1907, it actually happened during the nineties. Edit - that's the nineteen-nineties!!
