You got a team you support? Only ever been at one game when they beat Orkney 3-0 at the Gilbertson. My nephew was playing for Sandwick or the Ness for a while, can't remember which.

Actually I’ve just checked and I saw Thistle 3 Celtic 2 in 1997. The Orkney game was 1993. Should probably be up next year when the Tall Ships are on.

Sandwick would have been in the Parish Cup, Ness are one of the better sides in recent times though had a surprise defeat last night.

Not necessarily. Think there used to be a small league with a few different teams from the south end plus Burra.
