Bo'ness United 2022/23

Tranent defence was solid all game.  Dealt with every Hugh ball, free kick and corner easily.    BU played 4-4-2 but Dan and Zander up front didn't play close enough for me.   First half was close.  Second half Tranent were more than comfortable.   Too many BU players had a poor game.

No complaints from me about losing that game.  We didn't deserve even a point with that performance.

6 changes? Changes for change sake.

Beaten by a better team, sharper, better organised and better shape combined with better tactics.

Do bo'ness work on set pieces? Only seem to have one, lob it into the box and hope for the best.

No direction from sidelines and very hard to take any positives from today's game.

Good squad but lack direction.

Interesting!Certainly looks like questions need asking and answered before a malaise sets in.

Just unusual for someone on this forum to criticise .

Is that sarcasm or are you new here?

Who cares if he's a troll, today was a wake up call, players recruited have been good but tactics etc haven't been good for a while. It's been the players will to win that's carried us through to achieve results but 6 changes for change sake and no direction from sidelines ???

Your right, players doing what they want with no direction. They strung Five along their back.line and we made it easy with no wide players to put them under pressure, we were tactically inept. With roughly 13 mins left we get a penalty and what a chance to get back into the game and try and salvage something, bur no a poor spot kick.
Play Two up front make sure we have players to support them.
