Craig Barr is no longer with Tranent

Don’t know what the back story is with that, as far as I can see he left Tranent with no announcement, which is odd as he was club captain last year.

I asked a while back on the Tranent thread about it, but no real response. Guess Craig has called it a day, sure he could still do a job for someone if he was of a mind to.

Every team will have injuries. We'll just have to get on with it. If we don't give away too many corners/set pieces (Craig Barr!) we should be OK.

I wouldn't bother about Craig Barr he left at the start of the season.

Following Saturday's game with Gala Fairydean Rovers, we would like to invite all CISS members and all perspective members to the Andy Matthew Lounge in the stand.

The CISS Steering Group would like to provide an update on the progress to date whilst also giving an opportunity for members/fans to ask any questions they may have about the new Society.

We are delighted to announce that Cowdenbeath FC manager Calum Elliot will also be joining us and doing a 'Meet The Manager' session so feel free to come along and ask Calum any burning questions that you might have.

We'll provide a further update later on in the week with more details for Saturday's event.

An announcement will also go out later this week of a well known Cowden legend that will also be joining the meeting and saying a few words.

Great stuff.

Unfortunately I will be unable to attend as already have committed to something else and might not make the game either.

Hope it's a successful turnout.

Great idea to do these events on match day as more chance of people attending as folk are already at the ground for the game etc.

Hope to make any future ones 👍
