Rumour is that Rovers tried to arrange a couple in recent weeks but were turned down by the opposition. Highland ITFC Posted October 15, 2023 Share Posted October 15, 2023 Was at the Cumbernauld-Irvine Meadow game yesterday. As the relative league positions would suggest should be the case, Cumbernauld were the better side, although made a lot harder work than they'd have liked in putting their opposition away. Two late goals put a bit of a shine on the result, having gone 1-0 & 2-1 up, & then quickly let the visitors back into the game on both occasions, with poor defending offering a helping hand.
