Anyone know now that the Second is settled at 16 if the Third Division will fall in line with the rest of the divisions? 3 automatic promotions with the potential 4th spot.

What a brilliant end to the season it turned out to be... meaningful games to the last match and changing of champions, promotion and relegation as the afternoon went on!

Arrangements were confirmed a few days ago but no surprises, just same underlying basis as last few years which means 3-up-3-down all the way next season:

East of Scotland has always been progressive over movement between levels... indeed I'd say it's been the vanguard - and now mirrored out West. Let's hope other pyramid leagues follow their example in years ahead.
