That sort of tackle where a player stops, doesn't jump and turns his back so an opponent jumps and rolls over them out of control is my pet hate. It's one of the most dangerous things you can do to an opponent, is absolutely deliberate and has the potential to seriously injure.

I'd be fucking clamping down on it as hard as possible.
