Big lanky left footed b*****d in the middle of the pitch, imagine a shite Liam Henderson.

Ok thanks but still no recollection of the boy……..guess beggars can’t be choosers when it comes to working with cash restraints they are operating under presently.

We'd be gutted to lose him. Our best player this year overall & captain. He's more than capable if full time Championship football.

Has Accies paid a fee as thought they had cash flow problems?

It's quite ironic a Falkirk fan making fun of financial issues (which are untrue) considering they are likely to go Part Time if they were to fail to get promoted this season. Where as our owner has already confirmed even if we don't go up this season we will still be full time next season.

Not mocking just making a point……there’s a difference…….a bit like the gap between the league leaders & the chasers.

Alright folks. 3 Mo fans very much looking forward to coming down to your neck of the woods for the game tomorrow. Any recommendations for decent pubs? Assume we are better to get of Hamilton Central Station as opposed to Hamilton West? Cheers.

Are you in denial about your cash flow challenges impacting on your transfer window dealings or not?

Either you are prepubescent or just a very sad old man who thrives off false humour. Quite sad that anytime i see you on this forum it is always accies related. Hopefully the FFS continue to pull you out a hole :)

Hamilton West is where you are best getting off. You have the Academical Vaults, Bayhorse, Taproom and Barwest all surrounding that area. The first 2 being the better options of the 4.

Connor Smith joining St Johnstone permanently as well. There was rumours at the start of the window but I personally never believed it. He's a premiership level player and hopefully will kick on for St Johnstone.

SeaCider can explain why there was zero chance of Smith returning to us.

Dean Lyness signs until the end of the season. Can remember Airdrie fans slating him last season. So I don't expect him to play often just cover for Jamie Smith a bit of a waste of a wage imo.

I think Dean Lyness summed himself up when he was asked in an interview at Airdrie which football from history he’d like to play with and he chose Peter Schemichel. A goalie would keep you out the team!

If he’s just there as backup then fair enough but yeah, he was particularly poor for us and we looked much more solid at the back, and had a much more confident defence, once Josh Rae was back. For every decent game he had he’d go and do something chaotic the next week. Seemed like a lovely man and he was oddly popular in Ireland but yeah, wouldn’t want him playing regularly.

Yeah unless Jamie Smith gets injured or sent off I don't think Lyness will make a single appearance for us
