ICTChris
Watching the game on Airdrie TV while at work, we have absolutely no threat going forward at all. Maybe we are trying to hit on the break but it's not particularly working, Aridrie have had a few openings that could easily have been converted. We are so weak up front. Shaw and Longstaff are trying hard but they aren't centre forwards. Assuming Mckay is halfway fit, we should get him on either now or in the first 10 minutes of the second half.

Pretty much yeah. Inverness have been fine but clearly miss Wotherspoon and McKay. We’ve had plenty of the ball and have put in more crosses today than the rest of the season combined, just no one on the end of them unfortunately.

Him and Carson don’t seem to be warming up with the subs so we may see them soon
RiG
First game of the season for me. What an absolute stinker.
RiG
Mckay and Carson on now for Welsh and Davidson.
ICTChris
the ball has stuck up front for us more in the first two minutes of the second half than the entire first 45.
ICTChris
Have to say that Airdrie have deserved to be in front. Hard to see us scoring in this match.
RiG
Just awful defending from us. Airdrie fully deserve their lead. Have we ever gone a full match without having a shot on goal before?
SandyCromarty
Todorov ffs.
Stephen Malkmus
The Duffy Tax is collected again. Gets rinsed on the wing in the lead up to the corner then runs away from Todorov to give him a free header.
RiG
What was that attempt at defending?!
Stephen Malkmus
Stinking performance, zero positives. We're such a physically weak looking team.
Kenny_m
Big Dunc seemed upset and red carded after the final whistle. No idea what gripe he had with ref but poor show for ignoring the Airdrie bench.

Two red cards in just over three weeks seems like it must be some kind of record for a manager.

Do hope ICT stay up, though many will slate me for saying this. County need to have a Derby backup to look forward to in our inevitable relegation battle. The top play off teams in the Championship look better this year.
Diamonds are Forever
Totally dominant performance. Only negative is that we didn't score from open play but we did look much closer to doing so today. Inverness never had a chance (from what I can remember) and once we scored I never thought we'd lose a goal. Hancock was superb as he has been for a few weeks, but everyone played well.

Definitely one for laughing at rather than with. Edited January 2 by cb_diamond
A.G.R.D.S.
Gratifying to see that the team who came looking only to steal cheap fouls got what they deserved …….. S.F.A……..comfortable win for the ’s.
KirkieRR
Terrible performance, looked like the New Year ICT party had lasted till an hour before kick-off. Todorov getting MoM was just a wind-up, I think, as the Airdrie No. 15 was outstanding.

We had one "chance" when Harper had a clear sight at goal in the second half but decided to take about 84 touches before being closed down. That was as close as we got. It was genuinely one of the worst and most negative ICT performances I can recall since relegation on 2017. Airdrie fully merited the win.
