This pitch looks a bit heavy, the ball is getting stuck and not rolling right, for both teams

well it would be pretty weird if it was getting stuck and not rolling right for 1 team ?

So far so good, but think we need Watson and Hamilton on

Not sure about Hamilton, unless for Vaughan. Rudden doing a power of work.

Reminds me of the days of the evening sport's papers when a game was reported in the present tense and I'm sure that the copy typist put in on purpose that "whoever" let's fly with a great shit which screams just over the keeper and the bar. Sometimes you still pine for such gems from the Sporting Post and other cities' Saturday evening sports publications.

Rudden does a power of work, I'd imagine he will be off for Hamilton at some stage. We've not really got a grip of the ball in midfield today with qp doubling up well when we do get the ball in there. Can't see there being many goals in it (if any) after the first half.

It’s been an entertaining half, with a lot of defending bodies thrown in front of balls preventing the keepers from being bothered. Just the one play that Ferrie needed to make,

Hamilton will be the direct swap for Rudden when he gets knackered which he will on a heavy pitch against a decent defence.

What is of concern is the rest of the bench if we are chasing the game, there's not a Matthews, Brown or Mullin type to get the ball forward quicker.

The current results would likely put a bow on Arbroath’s relegation, as they’d be in the position of needing more than a point a match extra to catch up. Airdrie jumping to fourth worries me, as they have our number and the last thing we need is them incentivised playing for the playoff spot…although it cuts both ways with DU yet to play them the last time too.

We seem to be having a real struggle to create clear goal scoring opportunities. Maybe the introduction now of Hamilton can create some?

Queen’s are not the confused side from earlier this season. They are solid.

End of the day if it stays like this, we've at least drawn level with Utd

Which leaves us behind due to GD…we need the win.
