That's seriously starting to get right on my fucking tits.

Would imagine that's what Boredomguy sounds like.

Thank you.

Coupled with yet another commentator who can't pronounce "definitely".

Aye, they're some combination 🤬

One of the biggest wins in Dundee's recent history and all they can talk about is Dundee United. Must be our orange kits.

Right now it's not our biggest win this month.

  • During the last 40 meetings, Dundee FC have won 9 times, there have been 17 draws while Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC have won 14 times. The goal difference is 58-44 in favour of Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC.
  • Doubt we'll see those days again.

6-0 Portales (79 mins)

Took our foot off the accelerator this half.

No reason to try and press as hard as we did in the first half. Just a pointless waste of energy at this point in the season.

The end of a pretty dreadful pre-season for us. A couple of promising results but a couple of hammerings from Dundee and Brora in there too. Hard to see how Big Dunc can guide this team of kids to any sort of success this season.

If he sees that as a starting eleven you would have to think it can't go the distance over a season. It could get very ugly.

Today or this tournament won’t define our season. The League Cup is effectively a pre-season tournament and very rarely tells you how a team will do. Our best ever group stage performance resulted in a relegation that same season. We’re unlikely to come up against a side as good as Dundee again this season, our first league opponents have lost 6-0 today also. We haven’t looked too bad against the sides in our actual division.

However, on the pitch, the same worries still remain. We only have a handful of first teamers (who aren’t very good) and we’re relying on a group of young lads to get us managed by the worst manager in the division to get us through the season. Any sort of injury list builds up and we’re fucked. Ferguson’s style of football also isn’t conducive to winning a title (with any level of player). We’re not gonna sneak wins we don’t deserve or adapt our style of play when it’s blowing a hurricane on a shite plastic pitch in January. To win games we basically have to dominate the ball all game and hope we’ll score one or two of the chances we create, it’s not really sustainable.

Most impressive moment was when Dunc's son came on and a Caley fan bellowed as it went silent, 'Big Dunc, take your son with you and get to f**k!'

Would've been impossible for him to not hear it but he took it like a champ and no sold it. Fair play - best bit of defence from Caley all game.
