There really wasn't anything that interested me after spending all those years hearing weird and wonderful sounds thanks to Peelie. Nothing can ever come close to the influence that Peel had on my love of music but for the last year or so I have been listening to Radio 6 and it's as close as you will get to the great Peel shows of the 80's and 90's probably much to do with the fact that they play repeats of Peel sessions on the evening shows Tonight it's Public Image Ltd and 3 Mustaphas 3 in session but there have been some other tracks by the likes of The Woodentops and Red Guitars whom Peel was very fond of. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Pretty disappointing so far but perhaps it's best listened to in a more chilled out time of the day. Best tracks so far ... Micah P.
