fraser_smfc
Try some crystals. You put them in hot water and stick a towel on your head. When I was suffering from a bit of a cold recently, I done that. It worked wonders. You get them from any Pharmacy. I did this the last time I was properly bunged up, but I didn't use these crystals. I just used a bowl of boiling hot water and the towel and it worked wonders. It took a wee while though but after a period I sniffed hard and all the phlem was dislodged! I know that's a vile thing to post but it was wonderful! God my eyes are watering even as I post

Monster
Hey at least he has taste Actually, that's a good point. I'm terrified of being unable to control myself when my boy is 16 and listening to f**k knows what. I can see his I-pod going out of the fucking window.

If he doesn't come to The Church of Good Music, then it's a definite possibility. Or I might just kick him in the pie.
Adam_Wee
Earl grey and a smoke is one of the things I enjoy the most. I'm more of a PG tips man myself. Gotta love the tea, man.

Adam_Wee
Twinings English Breakfast Tea is where it's at. No way! When we went down to visit LM's family in Bristol, we stayed with her sister, who drinks Yorkshire. I keep saying that we will buy it the next time we got to the supermarket, but there is always a cheaper alternative. Saying that, PG Tips are pretty good. None of this Earl Grey pish. My mum drinks that stuff, and she likes to think she is better than most. I do like fresh coffee from the coffee machine though. I am always too lazy to drink it though, it gives LM a sore head or something. Drinking a pot of coffee on your own isn't the best idea.

If you've got a hangover, Earl grey and some heavily buttered toast is a great cure.

Taylor's of Harrogate's Yorkshire tea is simply the best tea there is. It is fantastic.
Adam_Wee
Oi! If you've got a hangover, Earl grey and some heavily buttered toast is a great cure. Nonsense, the only real hangover cure is at least two beers. Colder the better, and the earlier the better. If you wake up at 8am after a hard nights drinking, stay up for an hour and have a couple of really cold beers, then go back to bed for a few hours, you will wake up feeling magic.
