Don Diego De la Vega Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 A mate once told me to watch out for whatever horse McCoy picks!! will be keeping a keen eye on whatever McCoy picks in the Derby for what it's worth Harbinger would be my each way selection got at 25s before it won last week at chester which was extremely impressive (fair enough against lesser horses but you can only beat what is against you) did well in his first race finishing second after running green, the winner of that one(militarist/john gosden) was from a yard who was on fire at the time, and harbinger has certainly came on for that run wouldn't be surprised if it was as low as 8s if left in for the derby 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Cabbage Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 2 for tonight folks. 6.50 Lingfield BARRICADO I backed this one last time out, doesnt look the most straight forward of rides, but the way it finished with an utter wet sail to finish second really gives me hope for tonight. 7.50 VALVIGNERES Two singles and a double. Not had much of a chance to look yet but will be betting on Ventura Cove in the 4.20 race. Was at Musselburgh when it ran in its debut and thought it ran well. (Not Placed) 3.10; Tax Free. (3rd) Flabbergasted with Tartan Gunna. Looked a banker I must say. Had Red Kestrel in the 1.40 as well. Each way. Good price. Unfortunately didn't place either. Watched the 2.40 In the bookies. Disappointed with Queen's fille Enticement. Disappointing third.
