Who in their right minds leave a 3 year old and two 2 year old kids on their own while they go out for a spot of dinner, sporadically checking on them? The parents should be prosecuted for neglect. I dont think all is as it seems with this, but time will tell. Indeed i was just watching Sky news and the family have just been bad mouthing the local police,Not a good sign. bullywee Posted January 13, 2010 Share Posted January 13, 2010 i went to praia da luz (the place where this all happened) about a month after maddeline went missing and saw kate mccann twice while there. i also swam in the pool next to the restaurant where they were having the meal. i can tell you that you would not leave children by themselves in their apartment. although it is only about fifty yards away, the apartment is completely hidden by trees and there is no direct route into the pool/restaurant area. although it was very sad to see kate mccann crying in a church, there is something not right about the whole affair.
