Ro Sham Bo
Play suspended for the day with Warren tied for 2nd midway through his 2nd round. A number of players have still to start their 2nd round. Richie Ramsay in decent position after his first round at -2. Him and Warren at least have given themselves a chance.

Marc Warren in big trouble. I think Wiesberger is on an exemption Confirmed as 54 holes, Warren 1 off the lead after his second round. Play on Monday if required, even if it means starting round 3 then.
peasy23
6 Scots made the cut, so one good round tomorrow could make a huge difference. Warren is tied 3rd on -4, with Drysdale on -1, Ramsay on +1, and Gallagher, Neil and Syme on +3.
Ro Sham Bo
Garcia is miles ahead now but I'm guessing a top 3 finish could be enough for Warren.

On the projected rankings it takes him to 110th. Gallacher definitely safe, and Drysdale and Liam Johnston probably ok to. Ramsay and Syme need to go very low today to have a chance.

On the Challenge Tour Robert MacIntyre lost in a play off but moves up to 13th in the rankings. David Law and Grant Forrest both picked up some more points as well. With a bit of luck we could have 4 guys graduating from the Challenge Tour.
Ro Sham Bo
Warren 114 in rankings as it stands but it's changing hole by hole. He's playing nicely so far but he looks like he'll need a top 5 finish to get the job done.
Ro Sham Bo
Play suspended. Warren double bogeyed his last hole and is in big trouble now. He'll need to pick up 2 or 3 shots when he comes back out to have a chance.

Holed a cracking birdie putt on the first, then had a shocker of a chip on the second which led to the bogey.
peasy23
Play underway at Valderrama but no live coverage anywhere. Shite.
Ro Sham Bo
Just finished. Warren went backwards and misses out but Richie Ramsay got a tie for 11th which moved him up to 115th. So, in the end Stephen Gallacher, David Drysdale, Scott Jamieson and Ramsay retained their card. Plus Russell Knox of course. Was shocked to see no TV coverage of this.

Few posts on Twitter suggesting that the production company had to pack up and head to Turkey for next week's WGC event.Gutsy from Ramsay, a disaster for Warren. Don't suppose the stop/start weekend did anyone any favours.
Ro Sham Bo
I had the day off and thought I'd be able to watch it but instead Sky just replayed what happened on Sunday. It was a bit bizarre, but Sky didn't seem to have their full team over there and were obviously reliant on others.

Indeed Pay per view to watch 2 mega rich golfers who are beyond their best days play for mega-bucks. I for one can`t wait. They should hold it at the recent Ryder Cup venue to see if they can both break 80 or if Phil can actuallly hit a fairway for that matter.

I'm not sure I'd pay $20 to walk the course with them, let alone watch it on TV. Lets hope the fairways are nice and wide.
peasy23
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/golf/45984900 A bargain.......If it had been 10-15 years ago then there might have been a point to this, but now it's a ludicrous idea. Both players have said that "some" of the money will go to their charity foundation, why not all of it? It's not as if they need the cash.
Ro Sham Bo
Midway through the Challenge tour final event and both Robert McIntyre and David Law are inside the top 10. Liam Johnston and Grant Forrest are also in the top 20 so all are well placed going in to the final two rounds.

Kudos to Aussie Dimitrios Papadatos who started the tourney 19th in the rankings, but got himself DQ'd for using a club which he had damaged in anger earlier in his round. Head's gone thread for him.

He must be mates with Nick Kyrgios. One less player for the Scots to worry about anyway.
