Desert Nomad
Quick turnaround for Mighty Mike. Odd scheduling, that.Taylor v Barney though, they'll spend half the day telling you that they played great finals together in the world's. Only game I missed last night was MVG v Lewis. Anderson was far too easy & Thornton really should have beat Barney.
The Naitch
Brilliant 170 from van Gerwen to put him within one of victory. Didn't actually see the bull go in due to more shite camera work, though.
The Naitch
Pipe makes it to another major semi-final. Yippee.
The Naitch
Pipe, to his credit, is coming into a nice wee bit of form going into the Worlds. If seedings go to plan then he'll play Beaton in R2 and then Wade in R3. I'd fancy him to beat both at the moment. EDIT: If Pipe makes the final then he'll jump up a couple of places in the OOM which will mean a different route at the Worlds, but don't see him getting past Taylor. I thought the seedings had already been determined? The cut-off for the Top 32 was last week, and do they not take the seedings from the rankings at that time?

With the first round draw not until tomorrow I daftly thought they were counting this event. Edited December 1, 2013 by The Naitch

With the first round draw not until tomorrow I daftly thought they were counting this event. If they had done, the draw would change in a number of places. Going into the World Championship, I've worked out what the 'Projected' Order of Merit will look like - taking into account the loss of prize money from two years ago, while including the £6,000 for the 1st Round this year. I'll post it up later, but Wayne Jones falls outside the Top 32...

You would think me doing that would have told my brain that those were the confirmed seedings. I'm definitely having a senior moment. EDIT: Yet another walkover for Taylor over Barney. ditots
Taylor v Pipe. Taylor not his usual self. Pipe is slow between throws maybe puting Taylor off his stride.
Neilly
Nothing is putting Taylor off. Another Power surge and he's now within a leg of the match. Would love MVG to give him a game but just don't see it.
The Naitch
Aye, they were pretty even at 4-4 but Phil went up a gear to win 10-4.
ChoppeReid
Would be really good if Van Gerwen could win this. Would set up the World Champs nicely. A break up now!!
The Naitch
van Gerwen has been terrific in the last 10 minutes.
The Naitch
Taylor was 6-3 up but van Gerwen has taken over. Just brilliant to watch in this form.
Neilly
That was fucking immense. Would love to see the average over that last 10 minutes never seen a burst like it against Feel.
The Naitch
Stunning. He won 8 of the last 9 legs to win that.

paisleysaints
He's pretty much like Taylor in ways I.e when on fire he's unstoppable
Neilly
I love seeing Taylor seeeeek like that. He's not bouncing about the stage now and why on earth hasn't he been so forthcoming in signing the board after the game? YEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAA
