Supermiller
Toughest run of the weekend, so much bottle in the final. Taylor missed doubles but Thornton hammered him. Spot on mate he beat the best to win it ' Taurus
tigerton
I do like the Sky montage at the end of a darts tournament. Especially with Smashing Pumpkins playing in the background!
DomDom
So many times a "lesser" player gets a good run and manages to avoid the big names. Thornton managed to do it the hard way this time out and won the fucking thing. And did it in the final against the man who is undoubtedly the best in the world. You have to respect that.
Marshmallo
There's the real Phil Taylor in that studio. What a monumental c**t. -
tigerton
There's the real Phil Taylor in that studio. What a monumental c**t. Theyre more interested in why Phil lost rather than why Bobby won!
F_T_Y
I think it would take more than a pished up idiot running on the stage to cripple taylor !

Somebody tried to jump on the stage. There was no indication from what I could see that either player was a target. -

MTJ
Just back from Bolton, and very hungover. Turned out to be cracking night. Was staying next to Jamie Caven in the hotel, also bumped into a very hungover looking Huybrechts in the morning. Locals were friendly too and didn't hear one Engerland chant all night. One thing though the 10 hours of endless drinking take their toll. In the pub across from the stadium I witnessed two spilled pints, a near fight and someone falling off their seat. Thornton was tremendous. Showed how important having bottle is. Thoroughly pleased for him.
Neilly
Missed the final but watching the re-run just now. Delighted for Bobby to life this trophy going through the games he had is some achievement. Taylor is just an annoying c**t from the walk on and early doors probably just thinking he had it in the bag before hand.

MTJ
I wouldn't read too much into Gando reaching the quarter-finals. He beat a rag tag of jobbers and players struggling for form. He threw an 81 average against Lloyd and has 6k prize money to defend tomorrow. Well on the slippery slope. I reckon every one of the current matchplay qualifiers bar Caven would turn him over right now. Anderson doesn't deserve to be in the PL next year unless he dramatically improves. Marshmallo
Anderson doesn't deserve to be in the PL next year unless he dramatically improves. He will be in it though. Thornton could be an option I suppose if they want to keep a Scot in there but Anderson is one of the guys they push constantly. Kellett beat Dudbridge, Terry Jenkins, Peter Wright and then lost 6-5 to Lewis with a 100 average. That's pretty good going from him. -

Neilly
Another quality run for Rab T must be Matchplay bound after that? Ted out 1st round again has next to no chance of qualifying now.
