ddfg
Its different for a Penalty advantage compared to a scrum advantage. On a knock on you would get probably to the next breakdown or if you have gone more than 5m past the advatage line. 3 or 4 passes if you haven't crossed the advantage line isn't really an advantage. On a penalty the advantage can last quite a while, ie 2 or 3 phases depending on whether it looks like you will score or not Cheers, just seems to vary from play to play how long it lasts, football you seem to get one pass after the ref has played on and after that is though luck for not taking the advantage.
Salvo Montalbano
The USA considering a bid for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup. I think I heard the other day that RL is getting some good participation numbers in North America now. Will be interesting to see if they take the plunge and go over there.

Could be a very good move for the sport. It's still to insular for its own good. Can see rl being popular in the us.

I'm sure a Canadian team is joining the 3rd, possibly 4th tier of 'English' rugby league next season. There's a French team, toulouse, in there too i think. Salvo Montalbano
Cheers, I knew I'd heard something like that but I wasn't paying close enough attention. If a semi-pro (I guess) RL team can do it then it's hard to see why an NFL team can't.
come on shire
That's me booked up for Parma. £270 in total for return flights Edinburgh to Bologna and 3 nights in a hotel. Not the worst deal in the world imho.
Mark Connolly
Hurricanes win Super Rugby 2016, beating the Lions 20-3. Been a big fan of them for a long time, going all the way back to Cullen and Umaga. They've had a hell of a lot of good players, amazing that this is the first time they've won it!

dogmc
Nice start from gb to beat Kenya. Tricky opponents but put them away ruthlessly. Japan shocking everyone by beating nz. Joubert has his usual shocker in usa v Argentina and Brazil had a wee glory moment scoring first v Fiji before being pumped.
