He could maybe start by having faith in our strongest team and not just change it for the sake of changing. We won 5-1 a few weeks ago with probably our best display of the season . That team was dismantled for the next game. This has been going on for the past 2 months . Is it any wonder players have lost confidence? It's not rocket science . Just start playing your strongest team.

When we got promoted to the championship under Darren Dods we finished 4th in league one having lost more games than we won . Nobody gave us a chance but we upped it for the play offs , beat Raith and Alloa to go up . Never say never. Turned out to be the beginning of the end for us but it was good at the time.
