  1. Stenny started both halves very well but after we scored first half and after 10 minutes in the second, we took control. Good to see Hester scoring, hopefully give him a bit of confidence but he should have got another when he was clean through on the keeper. Delighted for Ryan Williamson to score and get a thoroughly deserved MOM. I've been a big critic of him but he has been excellent this season. Thought Masson was very lucky to stay on the pitch after his crunching tackle. Thought SP would have hooked him in the second half when it started getting a bit feisty in midfield. Stenny #9 was a real fanny. Fouling all the time and going down greeting when anyone brushed against him. A very welcome and deserved 3 points. Get it up ye Matthew Aitken. Edited to say and Craig G. Telfer.
  2. Fyvie had the referee in his pocket from the off. Greeting at every decision that went against Cove and collapsing every time anyone brushed against him.
  3. Terrible from Montrose. 3 attempts at goal, 2 on target, 1 of them a penalty. Losing a goal from an attacking position.
  4. Not an easy game by any matter of means. Cove have enough experience in their squad and will click back into winning ways soon (hopefully not today). Hopefully last week's result and performance will be a big boost. We have to start putting away the chances though. Great to see SP busy during the week and offering the guts of the squad 2 year deals. Dillon back to bolster a pretty mean defence. Some of the injured lads should be close to return. All in all, things looking positive. Hopefully a win today to drive another nail into the Hartley coffin.
  5. Think we just about done enough to earn the 3 points. We eliminated Queens big central defenders by going down the flanks. Great goal to win the game. Thought Masson bossed the game. I've been one of his biggest critics but thought Ryan Williamson had a really good game. Heard he had a fine game at inverness last week too. A critical point. Hester has to do more. Hoping last weeks goal would boost his confidence but his confidence is shot or he's not interested.
  6. This went well then Mazzy. Well and truly kippered.
  7. Falkirk thought that. It took them 5 years to get out of this league.
  8. Beat them 3-1 pre-season last year. Doesn't count though. A lot of wrongs to right tomorrow.
  9. Nope, Whorebroath still the big one.
  10. What's this Green Greenversity Stadium pish. We want to hump you at Gayfield, no the Greenversity feckin Stadium.
  11. C'mon the Mighty Mo. Leave it all out there. Nothing to fear, nothing to lose.
  12. He has been excellent. He's got a great future ahead of him.
  13. Well, after Tuesday night, we head to the Highlands full of hope. Play anything like we did the other night and we are in with a real shout. A few things to ponder though. Can Caley be as poor again? Did Tuesday take too much out of us? Come what may, its been another great season following the Mo. Okay, we stumbled over the line but, we got there. Bear in mind, if we do overcome the odds and win, we've got to do it all again next week. From what I hear, there's going to be a very healthy Mo following. Unfortunately, I won't be there. A family event has scuppered that. Those of you who are making the trip, make sure you get behind the boys and let them know that we are the Mighty Mo.
  14. Lawal apart, Caley had nothing to fear us. They might be a different beast at home but we go with nothing to fear and nothing to lose.
