  1. If we could just stop getting our players injured we could have a right good season. Fucking please, please stop getting injured.
  2. Hendry’s deft drift inside the park before laying it wide to Tumilty made the space so big. Impossible for the defender to then cover the ground and stop the cross. Great stuff from us going forward again, more than happy to watch this every week.
  3. We look like we are going to score every time we go forward. Queens not good at the back whatsoever.
  4. We are winning, yes. Having the majority of the play in the Queens half.
  5. Allowing our only back up winger to leave then having a winger get booted by a big huddie centre half and hobble off after 10 minutes is peak Raith Rovers material.
  6. Gregor Buchanan is not good. I’ll upgrade that - he’s a fucking big goon. We’ve nothing on the bench.
  7. Barely made it over the line [emoji23] Great ball from Tait again. We are so dangerous going forward.
  8. Really not a lot in the way of game changers on the bench without Vaughan. A goalie, two centre halves, a holding midfielder, two children and a complete unknown at Championship level in Smith. Hope plan A works. Hope Vaughan’s omission is just us protecting him from a bad surface, having learned our lesson.
  9. A happy return for “riding the pine”. Long may it continue.
  10. Hearts just seemed to completely abandon their initial tactic half way through the first half and started shelling the long ball forward, which has coincided with Arbroath getting a stronger foothold in the game. A better first half than Saturday for Arbroath, certainly.
  11. Why is Craigen being played at full back nowadays? When he played for us in the Championship was a dangerous player getting forward, technically excellent, lacked any pace but created space by drifting in off the left. Playing him at full back seems to just leave him open to facing a pacy winger.
  12. Someone on twitter said he is doing his first year online and then going out for his 2nd year.
  13. Assume, with his advancing years and limited opportunities, that he’s asked to go and play football. Bitterly disappointed to lose him as he’s been one of my favourite players for years, but really can’t grudge him wanting to see out his career with game time. I’ll never, ever forget that back header at Easter Road, of his beauty of a strike up at Wick. The goodest of good eggs and one of the most likeable players I’ve known. Farewell Grantie [emoji22]
  14. I’m just about to embark on 10k a day for 32 days in aid of MND Scotland. Anyone who’s run anything similar able to guide me in what to expect, and what, if any, supplements will help me with quick recovery and mitigate painful muscles/joints? ive been running pretty consistently for about 5 months now and I’m definitely fit enough to do this, but I haven’t run that sort of distance as consistently before.
  15. First one after 13 minutes, scythed Armstrong down (I think) just inside our half on the side closest to the camera. Second one was not given only because the tackle just before it in the centre circle was given as a foul, but he put Ethan Ross up in the air about 10 yards further forward.
  16. He had at least 2 tackles which were definite bookings, plus another couple of niggly ones. Very lucky to stay on the park.
  17. Hard to be certain based on his time on the park today but, on that small sample size, I don’t think it’ll be a like for like replacement swapping Tumilty for Musounda. Frankie very much looks like a centre back filling in at right back, he’s such a unit and won’t be nearly as mobile as Tumilty is, who looks to be a great signing and a significant upgrade on Michael Miller, giving us a real threat down both sides with MacDonald on the other flank. Great to get Musounda on the park in any regard, several weeks ahead of schedule.
